Installation: Flat-rate install, sized to the pod
A clean, predictable installation fee per pod — no per-hour surprises, no last-minute change orders. Multi-pod discounts are available depending on order size, site logistics, and on-site complexity.
Pods under $10,000:
$1,500/ pod
Delivery, placement, leveling, electrical hookup, and an on-site walkthrough with your facilities team.
Pods $10,000 and above:
$2,500/ pod
Everything in the standard install, plus extended setup for glass, lighting, acoustic treatment, and any additional onboard components.
Multi-pod discount. Larger orders, single-site deployments, and weekday installs tend to bring the per-pod install cost down. We assess each project on order quantity, location, and effort, then quote you a tailored install rate alongside your Pod Care plan.
