Built to be felt

The office pod that belongs in the spaces you design. Without the aesthetic premium.

Arched silhouette. Natural ash wood. Nine colorways. Lounge seating. Touchscreen scene modes. Arc is designed for the spaces where experience is the brief, not an afterthought.

The Arc Difference

A Pod You Choose for How It Feels, Not Just What It Does.

Most pods get chosen for what they block out. Arc gets chosen for what it creates. Step inside and the upholstered fabric walls, the warm adjusted lighting, and the lounge seating signal something different: this is a space for a different kind of conversation. Not the quick call, not the back-to-back standup. The one that needs a room with a different register.

Arc performs to the same acoustic standard as the rest of the Alcove lineup, with noise reduction exceeding 30dB and reverberation time under 0.5 seconds. The difference is not what Arc keeps out. It is what the space makes possible when you step inside.

Design at this level does not have to cost more. Arc is priced for what it takes to engineer a pod around experience. Everything is standard. Nothing is an upgrade.

Why Arc

Designed In, Not Dressed Up.

Six details that make Arc feel the way it does. All standard. All considered.

Firefly_Gemini Flash_A sleek modern meeting pod from reference, without changes seamlessly

Shaped Different. By Design

Arc's silhouette is a continuous arch, carried through every model. The frame, door handle, and cloth hook are all natural ash wood. No painted metal trim, no exposed fixings. The ash wood detailing runs from the exterior through to every surface you touch inside.

Nine Colorways. Fully Upholstered Exterior

The exterior is upholstered in fabric across nine named colorways: Yolk, Sage, Oat, Haze, Teal, Blush, Shadow, Flame, Navy. This is not a panel finish — the fabric covers the full exterior, adds acoustic absorption to the surrounding environment, and gives specifiers a genuine palette to work with.

Three Scene Modes. One Touchscreen Controller

A single touchscreen panel adjusts lighting and airflow via three pre-set modes: Phone, Work, Relax. CRI 90+ LEDs adjustable from 0 to 1,800 lm across 3,000K–6,000K, flicker-free. Displacement ventilation operates below 35dB and refreshes the interior in under 60 seconds.

Lounge Seating Throughout

All three Arc models ship with lounge seating: a single sofa chair in the Solo, two facing chairs in the Dual, four seats around a center table in the Quad. The Amber Maple table top sits on birch plywood with a varnish trim. Dark grey carpet throughout. No desk option, no task chair.

Acoustic Performance: Over 30dB Noise Reduction

Wall construction: fabric, PU acoustic foam, plywood, PET acoustic felt, sheet steel, and steel frame. Noise reduction exceeds 30dB. Reverberation time under 0.5 seconds. The 5+5 PVB laminated glass maintains acoustic performance across glazed surfaces without sacrificing visibility.

Sub-1-Hour Assembly. Integrated Casters

Arc ships flat-pack and assembles in under one hour with no specialist tools. Integrated casters allow repositioning without a facilities team. 65W USB-C fast charging and two AC outlets are standard across all three models.

Arc comes in three configurations, each built around a different kind of conversation. The lounge seating, ash wood detailing, touchscreen scene modes, and fully upholstered fabric exterior are standard across all three. What changes is the space the conversation happens in.

Arc is a specific answer
to a specific question.

Not every environment calls for it, and that is by design. The guide below is intended to help you make the right choice for your space — whether that is Arc, or one of the other Alcove series.

Arc works well when…

  • The space needs to read as a design choice, not a functional installation

  • The environment is a co-working social zone, executive floor, wellness area, creative studio, or hospitality setting

  • Conversations inside are lighter-use: sensitive 1:1s, decompression, informal check-ins, creative discussions

  • Aesthetic integration with the surrounding interior is a primary brief requirement

  • Installing a utilitarian metal box is not an option regardless of performance

Consider another Alcove series when…

  • The pod will be in round-the-clock use across a busy open-plan floor

  • The primary use case is heads-down focus work, video calls, or formal team meetings at volume

  • Desk-based work, extended focus sessions, or standing desk configurations are required

  • ISO 23351 Class A certification or physical modularity are procurement requirements

  • You are deploying at scale across a corporate floor plan and need a high-traffic workhorse

Many larger deployments use Arc alongside other Alcove series: Element or Atom as the primary pod across the floor, Aura in focus and wellness zones where sustained working comfort is the priority, and Arc in the executive space, the co-working social area, or anywhere the design language needs to say something different. Not sure which series fits?

What's Inside

Materials That Earn Their Place.

Exterior

  • Fully upholstered fabric exterior in 9 named colorways: Yolk, Sage, Oat, Haze, Teal, Blush, Shadow, Flame, Navy

  • Natural ash wood door handle, cloth hook, and frame throughout

  • 5+5 PVB laminated glass

  • Aluminum glass frame with wood veneer

  • Wall construction: fabric + PU acoustic foam, plywood, PET acoustic felt, sheet steel, steel frame

Interior

  • CRI 90+ LED lighting, 0–1800 lm adjustable, 3000–6000K, flicker-free

  • Touchscreen controller: scene modes Phone, Work, Relax

  • Displacement ventilation: dual intake/exhaust, 100m³/h max, refreshes in 60s, below 35dB

  • 65W USB-C fast charging + 2× AC outlets

  • Lounge seating: PU sponge and fabric sofa throughout

  • Amber Maple HPL table top on birch plywood with varnish trim

  • Dark grey carpet flooring · occupancy light · integrated casters with leveling feet

Every material in Arc was chosen for the experience it creates, not just the performance it delivers. The fabric and PU acoustic foam absorb sound from outside and soften the environment within. The ash wood carries warmth through every surface it touches. The PET acoustic felt reduces reverberation so that voices are clear without feeling clinical.

The result is not an acoustic box with an aesthetic upgrade. It is a space designed from the material up to feel like somewhere worth being.
